Anyway back to reality. I am still waiting on a parcel that I ordered from Melbourne a month ago that needed to travel about 20k, whereas everything I ordered from the UK and the US two weeks ago has arrived, from the other side of the world, over the last few days.
I now almost have all of the “stuff” (a technical term meaning “highly sophisticated simulation apparatus”) needed to start my Infinity Nomad Terrain Project.

The Table Top Scenics ruined house scatter furniture. To this I will add some ultra modern computer terminals etc.
I also purchased a few more Heroclix miniatures to complete (yeah right) my collection.

I am hoping to start the Infinity Nomad terrain as soon as I can find a traveling chess set with small pieces for an idea I have.

My kids used to watch Postman Pat, it’s sad to say that when i got home from working nights and they had it on, when the left for school, I’d turn down the sound and make up my own (often very rude) lines to go along with the pictures. Then go to bed laughing to myself (Idiot that I am!).

Aussie post is a bit screwed lately isn’t it. We live on a bush block and the other day I found our new postie wondering around the trees looking for our front door haha. I called out to him and the look of relief on his face was priceless. I told him to leave parcels by the big rock from now on haha. Nice fella. He said international parcels are taking priority but he didn’t know why?
A Post have a huge recruitment drive on so it is not a surprise that they couldn’t find the front door. Althlough there have been some late nights where I have had the same problem!
You are right about the post, recently I order two parcels, one from the Ukraine the other from NSW the Ukraine one arrived a week a week earlier!! Interesting what IRO said about giving OS ones priority!
Yep. I was watching a tracked item that was to go from Melbourne to Perth, and it arrived via three states before it cam back to Melbourne!
Opps meant to say from Melbourne to Melbourne (but it did go via WA, SA, and NSW) …. must be fixated by certain other events this evening! Go doggies!! Woof woof woof!
