Guru Pig offers digital products directly through the Guru Pig website and provides links to purchase selected printed books through Amazon. The refund and returns arrangements differ depending on where and how the product was purchased.
Digital Products Purchased from Guru Pig
Digital products sold directly by Guru Pig may include PDF books, wargaming rules, scenarios, campaign material, gaming aids and other downloadable content.
Because digital products are supplied electronically and can normally be accessed immediately after purchase, Guru Pig does not normally provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure that the product is suitable for your requirements.
A refund will not normally be provided because you purchased the wrong product, subsequently decided that you did not want it, or expected material that was not included in the product description.
Problems with a Digital Download
If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description, or cannot be downloaded because of a problem with the product or the Guru Pig website, please contact Guru Pig.
Where possible, we will first attempt to resolve the problem by providing access to a working copy or replacement file.
Where a product has a major problem or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy provided by law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact Guru Pig.
Once the duplicate purchases have been verified, we will normally refund the duplicate transaction.
Printed Books Purchased Through Amazon
Guru Pig does not directly process, stock, pack or dispatch printed books offered for sale through Amazon.
When you select a link on the Guru Pig website to purchase a printed edition through Amazon, the transaction takes place through Amazon or the applicable seller on the Amazon platform.
Payment, order processing, printing, delivery, returns and refunds for these purchases are therefore subject to the terms, conditions and returns policies applicable to your Amazon purchase.
Requests concerning the return, replacement or refund of a printed book purchased through Amazon should be made through Amazon using the order details associated with that purchase.
Guru Pig cannot directly process a refund for a purchase for which payment was made through Amazon.
The availability, price, postage charges and delivery times displayed by Amazon are determined by Amazon or the relevant seller and may differ according to the purchaser’s location.
Digital and Printed Editions Are Separate Purchases
Unless a product description specifically states otherwise, purchasing a printed edition through Amazon does not include a digital edition from Guru Pig, and purchasing a digital edition from Guru Pig does not include a printed edition.
Please check which edition you are purchasing before completing your order.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer guarantees may apply where goods or services are faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for their stated purpose, or do not match their description. These statutory rights cannot be excluded by a store refund policy.
