These figures have been made up from a variety of kits including Wargames Atlantic Partisans, and various US, British and German Bolt Action sprues.
In the late Partisan list each squad can upgrade one figure with a panzerfaust. These six figures allow each squad to be upgraded if required.
Heavy machine gun squad with gunner and two loaders.
Boyz anti tank rifle.
A squad can have an attached anti tank squad. Depending on geography and timescale it can either be an Anti tank rifle, a PIAT, or a bazooka. I have built all three although only one can be used at a time.

Partisans can also have a light mortar. Here is a British supplied 2″ mortar.
Finally the Partisans can also have a sniper team.
A VBCW platoon can only have one attached support weapon, either a heavy machinegun, or a mortar, or a anti-tank rifle or rocket, or a sniper.

Agreed much prefer the big bazooka (can I say that?).
