Did not get much done last night as I was not sure if people were going to turn up for a game or not. I started cutting out the dungeon tiles from a cereal packet and gluing them on to the base board. It is time consuming but looks great when finished. I have used several methods in the past see here for some used for floor boards but could equally apply to tiles.

I started at the entrance to the chambers from the skull cave.

You need to check after a while to make sure you have all of the floor that is seen covered.

As I said this is time consuming and will take a few nights. I plan on getting some more done tonight during the breaks in the “footy” or more likely when my team is so far behind that it is not worth watching!
Coming along great! Excited to see this taking shape.
Thanks Matt.
whew! that’s lots of cutting and glueing! good luck.
Yep. The arthritis from a sporting hand injury didn’t like it much I can assure you!
Very effective Dave
Thanks Dave it is a technique I use quite often. Unfortunately those that I had pre-cut were too small for this project so I had to cut a whole new set.
Easier than lifting and laying true-scale paving slabs 🙂 It’s going to be a very posh dungeon.
Regards, Chris.
Or building brick walls!
