I am a sucker for Victoria Lamb’s sculpting which is just superb!
I really don’t need any more ratling snipers for my Impy Guard, but just couldn’t pass up on these. This is the first Kickstarter from Victoria (that I am aware of) and hope that there will be many more. I know that good friend Dave K from P.I.G.S. loves her Beastmen Imperial Guard figures.

Got mine a few days ago! I printed up a set(she was very smart and had that as an option too!) but the physical models look really nice.
I’ve yet to work on mine due to a bad case of exhaustion, but the new Guard book for Warhammer 40k means these little sharpshooters will have plenty of work in the near future!
I nearly jumped on board with this as they looked brilliant. I was really good and didn’t as I had absolutely no use for them.

Nice models! I felt the STLs from the campaign were way overpriced and aren’t super keen on Ratlings at the best of times. So I passed entirely. How is the siocast thermoplastic so far?
It looks okay, but the proof will be when I start putting them together and painting. At the moment they are waiting their turn.
They look great- with the gasmask heads they could make for interesting visitors to Zona Alfa.

agreed but the “hobbit heads” are too characterful not to use!

The additional heads make for a lot of variety.
The snipers pouring coffee from a flask and eating a sandwich are priceless! Also, you won’t ever hear a Hobbit (sorry – Ratling) lass saying,
“do my feet look big in these” 🙂

Victoria Lamb’s sculpts are always characterful. Regarding the wee lassie I thought the safe answer was always a definitive NO……..but they do look hairy!
