A giant “Congregation” gathers – but is it just ribbiting around?

These monsters are real goliaths – in fact even larger than their namesake the Goliath frog.

The Goliath frog has a snout-to-vent length of 32cm (12.6 inches) and weighing an impressive 3.3kg (7.3 lbs). This makes the Goliath frog the largest frog in the world! The species is found in streams and the rainforests of Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea. They are so big that the males can easily move rocks to create huge nests up to three feet wide for the female to lay her eggs in.

According to 5th ed D&D, what makes the Giant Frog really dangerous is its bite which is treated as a Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 11). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the frog can’t bite another target.

Like all frogs these are amphibious and can breathe air and water. The frog’s long jump is up to 20 ft. and its high jump is up to 10 ft., with or without a running start!

The frog can also make one bite attack against a Small or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed, and the grapple ends. The swallowed target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the frog

The victim takes 5 (2d4) acid damage at the start of each of the frog’s turns. The frog can have only one target swallowed at a time. If the frog dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 5 ft. of movement, exiting prone.

Don’t know when I will use these but at least they are now finished.

I wanted to try something that looked a little different, but am not really happy with the result, but they can stay as they are! The “smarties” effect doesn’t really work.

October Green thing count:

1 Terraton + 4 Ghouls + 5 Mini Teratons + Gun and 2 crew + 5 Mini Teratons + 1 Ripper Mauler + 6 Ghouls, +1 Marauder Gruntbot +8 Ghouls +1 Marauder Hulk + 5 Giant Frogs = 40 Total!
