I have had this “little” game for a while and finally decided to give it a tongue in cheek review.
I was introduced to this drinking game Pass the Pigs whilst holidaying in Britain (who would have guessed!) by long time gaming mate Steve (former “Slingshot” editor and still a regular contributor) and his wife Viv while staying with them in Alton. So when I saw this set I just had to have it. Now I am not talking about the puny pocket size like this:

but a real Phillip Island Gaming Society size (shown alongside my 25mm farm pig):

They not only squeak when you squeeze them but they look cute too:

Who could resist squeezing that cute pink nose!
So if you are in to a “razorback”,

or a “snouter”,

or a “leaning jowler”,

or a “piggy back”,

or last but not least “making bacon”,

then this is THE game for you.

With its squeaker it doubles up as a toy for the younger Grandchild or the older dog!
Seriously, it is a good fun game and who can resist playing it at the grand tactical level.
An awesome game.
Especially when rolling these oversize pigs that bounce squealing everywhere!
Not played that game since I was a child- I must resurrect it with added alcohol I think.
Cheers,
Pete.
Giant Pigs … Sooo cool!
I half remember several very silly evenings in the pub at Uni playing this, including one country establishment where we were invited to “drink up and leave”. No sense of humour, pig farmers! 🙂🙃🐷🐷
Regards, Chris.
“Half remember” ……… not like my Uni days then!
