Berserker Zombies are immune to Ranged weapon Damage, except for weapons killing everything in their target Zone (such as a Molotov cocktail). The only way to kill a Berserker Zombie is in Melee Combat.

Twenty more Berserker Zombies to add to the “Apocalypse”!
How can something only be hurt by melee…? Are they allergic to living flesh? They seem like perfectly fine cannon fodder to me!
I think it is just a game mechanism to make them a little different. It could be that their Berserker nature means they are immune to any weapon that cannot burn them up, blow them apart or make sushi out of them. Who knows! In my games I just use them as tough zombies that require another wound to take out.
Another rotten group Dave, but in a good way
Thanks Dave. Your challenge has certainly helped to get things done.
Good (bad?) looking group there Dave, not to sure about that game mechanism though, I would have thought most Zom’s were partially immune to ranged weapons, unless you blow their heads off? But I see what you mean about adding variation to the game 😉.
Cheers Roger.
Roger the Zombicicde game has lots of different types of Zombies , I think for game variety but I am sure it is also because CMON want to sell more “add-ons”. I do not use these rules but their box sets are an excellent source of high quality hard plastic figures at a reasonable price. We use “Last Days” rules produced by Osprey which can be both a survivor v survivor and a cooperative game, and has a Necromunda style campaign system . They only have the “shambling” type of zombie to which we have “stolen” and modified some of the Zombicice rules for different types of zombies, making some faster and others tougher etc. In these rules you do need to “shoot em in da head or they won’t stay dead”!
Very nice Dave. How many zombies does that make now?
Cheers,
Pete.
All will be reveakled when I add them up, but well over a hundred this month.
