Thanks Pete. I have some more Valhallans to get done as well as Mordian Iron Guard and a lot more Steel legion and Catachan metals to go. The plan is to gradually work through these.
Thanks Tubal. When it comes to miniatures I am both a gamer and a collector. There are some figures that I collect because I like gaming with them, but not necessarily enjoying the figures themselves. Others I just love the figures to look at them on the shelf and if I have the opportunity to game with them then that is a bonus. This has created two painting styles – quick and dirty but still OK just to game with, and a more detailed style just cause I love the figures! You will continue to see both in posts as I work through the piles of lead and plastic that need painting!
Nicely done mate. I really like the dirty coat bottoms
Thanks IRO. More over the next few days.
Those are fantastic- It is a fine collection you are building up there.
Cheers,
Pete.

Another great looking command squad Dave
Thanks Dave
Very nice! 🙂 Apart from the officer you could probably use the troopers in a Konflikt 47 setting!
Konflikt 47 is a period/game I have never tried. I do have a Finnish army for bolt action that is fully painted but has never been used.
Is it that I’m partial to the theme, or your painting skills are looking honed?

It had scaped me, nice! I’d sure be gloating over this one’s for years to come… They look like straight out of a magazine!
Thanks for the compliment your stuff is much more amazing!
Shush, no it’s not! … We have a saying in Galicia, meant with irony: “The neighbor’s cow, always gives better milk than yours…”
They look great! And a very toasty winter crew to boot!
Yeah! I don’t think a vodka hot toddy is going to be a problem!
That’s quite the firing squad there!
Nah with their low weapon skill the flamer template makes them “hit men” or maybe just “pyromaniacs” acting out!
