The Ainsty River Launch posted on yesterday needs some crew, and what better than Bob Murch’s Pulp German Seebattallion figures.

Bob Murch’s Pulp Seebattallion Officers PGS 01
Firstly I chose the officers pack with five figures. At this stage I do not intend using the Ships Captain with cigarette (in white), as I have another dastardly purpose in mind for him, but the other four will certainly make an appearance.

Bob Murch’s German Seebatallion Troops 1 PGS 03
I only needed a few figures for 7TV Pulp, so chose the Troops 1 pack. I have purchased directly from Bob Murch in Canada previously, but the cost of postage and time delays are now prohibitive. Fortunately there are many stockists of his figures and I chose Sally 4th that I deal with regularly. North Star would have greater stock levels if you need to purchase more than a few of any one blister pack.
The 7TV Pulp Unit I am using them for is shown in the photo of the unit cards below (Cards from Crooked Dice 7TV Pulp game):

From this you can see that I need a Seebattallion Commander, Sergeant and 2-6 troopers. I will also need an individual to command and stay with the launch.

1 Seebattallion Oberleutnant (Lieutenant)

1 Seebattallion Oberdeckoffizier (Chief Warrant Officer)

1 Seebattallion Obermaat (Petty Officer)

5 Seebattallion Matrose (Seamen)

1 Seebattallion Deckoffizier (Petty Officer) in charge of Launch

As I also wanted the figures to be used for WW1 East Africa skirmish games as well, so I chose to use a darker khaki coloured uniform than normally used by the Seebattallion.

There you have it. The completion of the mini project of Ainsty’s Stone Jetty with Steps, the Ainsty River Launch with Cabin, and the German Seebattallion crew for Pulp Fiction gaming.
Great work on the crew Dave, they look a dastardly bunch indeed.
Thanks Dave, but they are somebodies heroes!
They look great.
Cheers,
Pete.
Thanks Pete, they are great figures.
This is cool
Thanks IRO. A quick and easily managed project.
What great character to these minis. And great to see the dock being put to use!
Than ks I hope to use them soon, but I am waiting to finish a few more resin boats to fight a raid on the port.
Pure pulp Hollywood movie individual characters!
Great compliment! Thanks.
Nicely done, Dave! š At some point I should maybe get some Seebataillon troops for my Boxer Rebellion forces!
Thanks John, Bob Murch has some excellent figures for the Boxer Rebellion.
