These figures are from Irregular Miniatures who have quite a good range of VBCW. As always very cheap but with a quality to match. These did not require assembly so were painted up first. The will be used until I assemble and paint some plastics and then they will be used as Anglican League Militia for VBCW.

The Vickers and light mortar are Irregular Miniatures and the AT rifle is from Footsore Miniatures.

Tomorrow some “Heavy support” if time permits.
Great looking support for your troops Dave
I think Irregular figures are very underrated. Sure they are a bit plain but the price is right and they paint up OK.
Very nice- I like the AT gunner.
Cheers,
Pete.
Thanks Pete. That is a British Union of Fascists team from Footsore miniatures. I have another to use with the BUF.
I’m a bit of a fan of Irregulars stuff, and have those figures myself, as you say they are underrated, as you’ve shown, they can paint up very nicely.
Cheers Roger.
I agree Roger. Not only that they are great to deal with. I bought a large number of their Modern range figures and spoke with Ian Kay about them not having any support weapons. A week later they were in the catalogue with some free samples on the way for me to try. See post:

Nicely done, Dave! 🙂 I like Irregular Miniatures figures and have smatterings of their minis scattered throughout my armies!
Thanks John. I have some of their 28mm Republican Indians still to paint that I hope to get to by the end of the year.
They’ve come up really nicely. It’s going to be great to see all of these together once you’re done!
Already done!
