As I said yesterday I am pretty tired of painting Plague Leapers at the moment and thank goodness this is the penultimate unit!

The models are OK it is just that I am sick of painting them – plus they are a pain to put together The resin does not take either Super Glue or plastic glue that well. In the end they have been drilled and pinned.

Tomorrow you guessed it the last of the Plague Leapers – Yippee!
The leapers look great Dave, but agree it can be a pain when models are difficult to put together
Part of the hobby I guess.
I like them, Dave, but then again I haven’t had to put them together and paint a bunch of them! 🙂
I liked the result not the process!
For what it’s worth, they look great, so that efforts are paying off! I’ve got a few resin models that I have similar gluing issues with. Hadn’t considered drilling and pinning, but may have to go that route.
It is generally a last resort for me, but with mantic resins a definite must.
I had a lot of issues with the minis from the Deadzone Kickstarter. Warped pieces, trying to locate and identify bits, etc. Especially when I got to the Rebs faction. Eventually I gave up and sold them off in lots. Congrats on persevering with these!
I thought about selling them as well!
