These are Reaper Miniatures Bar Keep and Ale wenches from Rm10029 Townsfolk 1: Village of Kullhaven.
Other than the poor detail on some of the faces the figure are not to shabby.
Might try for something different tomorrow.

I have one of the barmaids, as she was given to me for the Reaper class “painting fluid filled objects”. It looks like you went copper on the mugs? Which is another good take! I need to pick up the bartender, so I have a good npc for the tavern the heroes frequent.
Thanks Faust I think the Reaper figures are great, but I have just finished some Midlam Miniatures (https://www.midlamminiatures.co.uk/) Inn Folk ( https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1662635043/the-inn-folk-the-adventurers-rest ), that are metal and don ‘t suffer from the Reaper soft plastic syndrome.
I partake in their regular kickstarters which are great value and they are very prompt with their processing and delivery. Sometime ago I posted on their monk kickstarter ( https://wordpress.com/post/gurupig.com/33575 ). The Rangers of the Eastern Watch ( https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1662635043/rangers-of-the-eastern-watch ) and the Inn Folk will be posted on in the next few days. I also have the Guild of Beggars ( https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1662635043/the-guild-of-beggars ), and The Guild of Assassins ( https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1662635043/the-guild-of-assassins ) to paint up.
Depending on what you are after I think the Midlam range is far better than Reaper’s. Not all of their kickstarters are for me but I have signed up for their latest the Nuns of Midlam Abbey (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1662635043/the-nuns-of-midlam-abbey )!
