You can see that this lot of figures have a slight glossy look. I was unable to buy my normal Tamiya TS80 Flat spray and had to settle for Dullcote Flat. I have never been totally successful with this and will have to wait until I can pick up some more TS80. There is still a lot to paint so there is no real hurry.
Each Company had three Platoons of 4 MMG’s each. Above and below are the machine guns of the 2/2nd Machine Gun Battalion. The 2/2nd differed from other Australian machine gun battalions, designating its platoons alphanumerically: A1, A2, A3 through to D1, D2, and D3. Below is Platoon B1 as I didn’t like B2’s pyjamas or the way he walked down the stairs. B2 is also rather dumb!
They look really good.
Shame about the varnish- still another coat won’t hurt them.

Great additions Dave, shame on the varnish, but easily correctable when you can get the usual.
