Hysteria over Historia

I often wax lyrical about new figures, but not often about their manufacturer. I was trying to find some cheaper alternatives for some of the “bad guys” for Silver Bayonet and came across Studio Historia Miniatures.

I was not surprised that they had cheaper Zombie camels and Serpopards for “Egypt the Shadow of the Sphinx” than “North Star”. What I was surprised about was their extensive range of historicals, moderns, fantasy and post apocalyptic, all at reasonable prices.

Zombie Camels

Here they are. No flashing and great detail. They do not come with bases but they stand flat (except for the three legged one) and are very evocative.

Egyptian Serpopards

They are far more detailed and and heroically larger than those from the Silver bayonet range which is far more appropriate for a horror monster!

I was also quite take with this must have post apocalyptic family

Again quite detailed with excellent poses. The little girl eating is very well done.

My experience with postage from Greece has been average at best, but Studio Historia were quick to print and post and they arrived within days. They have a huge range and are well worth a look at.
